"Roses are Blue, Violets are Red, and YMU is international." Notice anything wrong with the sentence? Indeed, many of us, probably almost all of us, would think that roses are red, and violets are blue. However, roses are not always red, nor are violets always blue. Roses may be red to some, but blue to others, green, pink or even white. Now, what I'm trying to say through this analogy, is not to argue with you whether roses are red, but how different people may have differing perspectives from your own. The environment, culture, family, genetics - they all serve as factors making you different from anyone else in the world. And that is also the reason why WE want you all to join this community. We want to know your lifestyle, we want to know what you think, we want to hear what you have to say - we want to know you. Don't hesitate to become part of the YMU today and take your first step into becoming a global teenager.
